Hey guys I don't really post here often but I have a quick question. So I started working out on Monday and I've been drinking whey protein. I worked out chest on Monday and legs yesterday. I woke up today with swollen breasts. Is this normal? should I stop drinking whey protein? Im kind of skinny btw.

Yep, gyno. Whey protein is toxic.
Enjoy.

I don't see this posted around the internet a lot but I think we're on the same page. I don't know the science behind it so what take what I'm saying with a pinch of salt. Maybe your hormones are fucked somehow like mine, and by working out it boosts your testosterone, but then your body decides to up balance out eastrogen levels too much, thus forming breast tissue?
I'm gyno prone and my nips get swollen every now and again.
I also noticed increase of fat tissue around my nipples while i was eating whey protein. Cut it off after a couple of months, the gyno mostly went away.
We can't know for sure the effects of whey protein on our body

Bit of gyno but it's normal to get that when eating large amounts of dairy (whey)
