I have my best workouts at work. I run a small business and rarely have contact with other people while working. Im by myself with animals and occasionally have to interact with anther person for 1 minute(2-3x a day). I do all kinds of workouts, even martial arts and play with dogs while I work out. We feed off each others energy and its fucking awesome. I love my job and my gains.

all depends what type of training you do and what your goals are. Im a martial artist so I have no rest days. If my body is sore I drink carrot juice and go swimming or other stuff that heals my body.

I wish I could fucking work at Wal-Mart, but I can't.
Both my parents and my brother work there, so I jokingly said "I swear to Christ I will never work there; I will not let Wal-Mart completely consume our family."
Then they increased their minimum wage to like $9.40 while talking big shit about it increasing to $13.40 in two years, but I can't go work there without feeling like a heretical bitch now.
