>November 1st, 260lbs
>today, 233lbs
I've been told losing this much weight is dangerous, any truth to this? Ironically, I feel absolutely fantastic.
All I've done was change my diet:
>no more fast food
>no more junk food
>prepare all my own meals
And I now go to the gym:
>50min cardio daily
>30min workout 3 times a week
So your caloric deficit has been 2000 cals/day?
ehhhhhh
You've been losing roughly 1.9lbs a day, which is optimum in weight loss (51 days / 27 lbs). Keep up the good work!

My TDEE was allegedly 2,600 when I started. I eat about 1,000 calories a day.

Well it's unhealthy but do what you want. The biggest risk is loose skin.

>loose skin
What? I don't want loose skin, but I want to be 200lbs by March.

Then you had better cross your fingers and pray to YHWH
>>35327818
that's not a problem if you're obese. Some people completely starve themselves to lose weight.

start lifting more and eating more too, when someone loose weight too fast the skin dom't adjust to the new weight, so it looks like you are wearing a extra layer of skin over yours

>YHWH
YaHooWaHoo?
If you are over 25% BF you can safely eat under your BMR (if you can) and even make noob gains, probably won't get to 1/2/3/4 but its better than nothing.

>what is water weight
>what is glycogen
>>35327853
>I don't want loose skin after losing 60lbs

Well done dude! Weight drops super fast at first, due to losing water weight and stuff, so don't be discouraged if you start making slower progress. Just keep it up and turn what you've been doing into lifelong habits and you will make it.

I think that there is surgery to fix loose skin. The problem is whether or not you want to shell out the money for it.
Be smart; eat more than 1,000 calories/day and lift weights.

then you best forget about march and take it real slow so your body can catch up to your new intake.
but if you want that weight gone right now then save up for the skin surgery because you're gonna need it.
