Beforehand, here are a few stats.

>178cm tall
>52kg (recently lost 3kg because couldn't go to the gym the past month)
>21 years old

I just want to pack on mass.

>Breakfast
100g of oats
Omelette with 4 eggs
1 shake with
- 1L of milk
- 1tbsp PB
- 1 scoop whey
- 100g oats

Lunch:
>Whatever I eat
+
>200g of tuna
>3 bananas
>120g of beef

>Dinner
>Whatever I eat +
>2 prunes
>2 bananas
>120g of beef
>1l of milk

There is a problem though, i'm wondering if you can help me with that

I have a very fucking hard time eating oats, 100g is a fuckload to eat in a bowl, but I need the cals and the prots

Is 200g of tuna everyday too much, regarding mercury intake? It's got an amazing 50g of protein, but is mercury a problem?

Finally, how do you guys prepare the tuna?

Just fucking count your calories, it's not that difficult.
Add veggies and have some fucking variation in your fruits.

Had a problem with the oats too so here's the solution.
Put the oats in the blender, and you'll get grounded oats that looks like flour. Put the blended oats in your milk and voila. Drinks super easy and you almost don't taste anything of the oats

Im 180cm and I weighted 55kg at one point, and no joke, around 12-13% bodyfat, don't know the exact number. So I've been in a similar situation. I just tried to eat more frequently and have a solid breakfast, lunch and dinner, maybe something before bed, i tend to sleep better with some carbs beforehand.
Anyways, no way you need to eat 100g oats, 40-60 will do fine, just add some milk.
As for the tuna, I'm not an expert, but I wouldn't advice to eat tuna everyday, if you want the be healthy and gain mass you should aim for a variety of foods. I would say eat 150-200g around 3 days a week, then you don't have to worry about mercury and won't become tired of it as much.
I always ate it straight from the can, doesn't taste that awful, but if you want you could just mix it up with basically anything and it becomes much easier to eat.
