Beside my gym routines, should I exercise at home as well?

Are you just starting out? I'm only asking because people that are new think this a lot.
They don't get that sore because they're lifting low weights, and think that they need to be adding more stuff.

some cardio, sure.
SOME, so 100 situps and 100 pushups every day would be ok, 10 km not so much (unless you're a runner already, and that's your warm-up).

yeah, started last week, i'm only asking because im at the gym 3 times a week, seems little

Stretching
Foam rolling

This. When you're at home, do recovery. Eating, sleeping, stretching, foam rolling, and doing some cardio will benefit you more.

Jelqing
Kegels
Meditation

As long as you're hitting everything properly you're fine. Fitness is a looooooooong term goal, 3 weeks is a blink of an eye

That's retarded and you saw it on the overrated weebs show.
Op you should run during rest days, also do abs (situps don't do much, planks, leg raises and crunches do a lot more )
>>35319843
alright, combo of cardio and abs seems to be the common answer, i'll lurk more until i'm sure
I avoided doing legs for a long time because of my fat ass. Biggest mistake ever. Once i started doi bc legs my body started lookig like a real body

Do some light cardio if you have a stationary bike or something. Other than that, foam roll and stretch at home.
