now let's be fair and take out 3 hours for waking up in the morning, transportation, shitposting on /fit/, etc...

still leaves 5 hours a day for social activities or whatever you want. Currently learning spanish as a 4th language and meet hoes from tinder.

I don't care. I love and need the feeling of pushing myself physically to the limit. I don't want the easy way and the thing is that with minor effort, there are minor results. Hard work however always takes you to places. Better results, better mentality.

Keep telling yourself those excuses for not trying to reach your full potential. Or maybe just throw in the towel, cause maybe you don't have what it takes. Or maybe you just don't want it, which is totally fine.

But I'm telling you that trying to make us who do give it their all the path you are on is not an option.

Tldr; keep your excuses and insecurities and avoid challenges and take your potential to the graveyard with you.

What is "basic fitness"? Do you intend to reach a certain level and just maintain it indefinitely? Fitness doesn't work like that mate.
A workout takes about the same time no matter how fit you are. If anything you'd get faster as your fitness increases.

A weight lifting routine would take about as much time as a calisthenics routine and would have much greater benefits.
The only low impact cardio that you can do in a short amount of time and still see benefits from is swimming.
