Basically any stir fry or fried rice with meat.
My personal favorite though is to just make a really meaty chili and serve it over brown rice.

Buy a gas grill. It could not be easier. Turn the grill on medium, wait about 8-10 min, flip it, wait another 8 minutes. If they're not done then flip and wait a little longer.
