I'm an average looking guy but one of my eyelids is lower than the other. I think this is due to a lifetime of sleeping on my side and that half of the face buried in my pillow. Excepting surgery, is there anything I can do to fix this? Does anyone here have this problem?

I've had an eyelid that doesn't do its job properly since birth. Additionally, since for the first 12 or so years of my life I wasn't getting the full vision from my left eye, my brain no longer interprets information from my left eye, and it leaves it unfocussed which looks even worse.
The main way I've found to get around it looking so weird is to always have one eyebrow slightly raised, and furrow your brow almost like you're squinting in sunlight, but not so extreme. It makes your eyes look a lot more symmetrical and it's nearly the only thing you can do to make it any better. I do it subconsciously but for the first month or so I had to focus on doing it, it'll be hard but you'll make it my fellow /fit/izen. If you have any more question I'd be happy to answer them
