Let's say you've been lifting for 4-5 years. General consensus is that it is much harder to put on muscle mass at this point. My question is, if you're still eating at a 500 kcal surplus, but not gaining muscle at the rate of a beginner, where does that energy from your surplus go?
Also, what do you plan to do if/when you reach the natty limit?
