Help my anxious self who can't stick to a single workout routine for more than 4 weeks, /fit/. Answer me this, so that i can finally stick with a program. As long as i'm:
- doing heavy compound lifts mixed with high volume isolation lifts (main focus is hypertrophy, strength is secondary)
- able to increase the weight or ammount of reps on every workout
- doing mostly barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises
- pushing myself on every workout yet not overtraining
it is going to work, it means the routine i'm following is somewhat good, right? Will post it if anyone wants to judge.

Read the sticky
Just pick a proven routine and do it

There is only one bodybuilding program recommended on the sticky, and it's a 3day/week program. I have a home gym, i'm looking for at least a 4 day split.
I did started on SS but i bailed out when i realized i was starting to reach t-rex mode. Sure, my arms were getting bigger but my ass/quads was getting humongous.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing. You SHOULD change up your routine periodically.

>SQUAT AND GOMAD ALL DAY EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT YOUR GOALBODY IS
This board is such a fucking ruse/meme. Should be renamed as /plg/ or something, good job gobbling 5 thousand calories per day and having a heart failure while climbing stairs because who needs cardio? Just do SS brah!
