My 4'11 mom is getting into running. I'm really proud of her and want to encourage it, was thinking about getting her a foam roller. She's also had knee problems in the past, doctor said she was fine to run on it even though it hurt, said it wasn't going to get worse. Should I get her a knee brace or something too?
