How about posting supps you think are worth it with a reason/summary why?

For example:
BCAA - fast absorbing if you haven't eaten enough pre workout, not so essential if you eat fine beforehand

Similarly in response to the guy above, I feel if you get sufficient meat/water on your diet the creatine won't have any noticeable effect.

Been off creatine for 2 weeks because im waiting for more to come in the mail boy does it make a world of difference in my lifts, i also bought pic related and honestly i dont know if its the omega 3 or the D3 but i feel much better overall, zinc before bed makes me horny the next day.


honestly though, the most important thing is sleep, i train in the evenining, if a sleep 7-8 hours the following night i'm not even sore the next day, but if i sleep 3 hours (happened once before) im sore as fuck the next day and my lifts go down the next time i'm in the gym.

Modafinil is great stuff, keeps you awake like nothing else and keeps your head in the game. I build tolerence real fast, even using it once a week. It also enhances the effect of other substances. I've only ever tried it with basic noots and caffeine.

Supps you wanna look at-
Protein supplement (doesn't really matter, i prefer concentrate as its closer to real food)
Fish oil
Creatine
Multi-V (Greens combo > pill imo)
Vitamin C (split your doses to enhance absorption)
ZMA (take some post workout and some before bed)

Extra's if you want a little extra kick-
Pre workout (i like Kill it from 5% nutrition)
Intra (more lucine the better but can't really go wrong, i like humapro from ALRI)
Glutamine (good for ya guts and can boost GH)
Vitamin B complex
Vitamin D3
Fibre supp
Magensium

Other shit-
Fat burners (i like lipodrene but its essentially amphetamines)
Test boosters (can't comment on their effectiveness but if you have a bit of extra cash go ahead, look at iSatori and Animal's products)
Sleep aids (they usually work to some degree, but tolerence is built if used consistantly)

Those are mostly the things i use off and on (for the past 5 years)

But eating real food trumps all that shit.
If you eat well enough, you shouldn't really need to supplement much if at all.

Not the same guy but I use phenibut quite often. Love the anti anxiety and mood lifting effect it gives me. Makes me very social too. I only use 2g twice a week to avoid building too much of a tolerance and no sides.
