pic is the routine I used to do back in september. It helped a lot on developing good legs and a nice butt. I do recommend doing pistol/tuck squats as well since they are great for the hip abductors, which includes the glutes min/med.
But I didn't go into caloric deficit as I was skelly mode and actually needed to gain fat. So I did gomad with skimmed milk. Worked well, was almost at goal weight before classes starting again and I started eating badly and losing weight again.
I'm also vegetarian, but I don't think that matters much.
I'm on HRT tho, not a crossdresser.
