Hey /fit/, 18 y/o here

Constantly teased for my weight, 6'0 115lbs

My dad is a nutritionist and from what he told me (what foods were ideal etc) this is what I came up with for a mealplan, i.e. i'll eat the same things everyday:

Morning:

- Omelette with 5 eggs
- 1 bowl of 100g of Jordans nature
- 4 toasts with jam and butter
- 1 shake of 1L full milk, 1 tablespoon of PB, 1 scoop of ON chocolate whey, and 200g of oats

Lunch:

- 2 chicken breasts with 1 broccoli
- 2 yoghurts for desert (can't find greek yoghurt to save my life)
- 200g of pork

Dinner:

- Pizza
- Salad with chunks of lard
- 4 bananas
- Another shake
- 1 can of tuna

Write down your calories and weigh yourself once a week. Keep increasing your caloric intake until the scale goes up.

Because you spent 18 years unintentionally training yourself to eat very little. You'll get used to eating more, too. Sugar and fat will make the kcals easier to get down. E.g. put a cup of sugar into a cup of peanut butter, mix and eat with a spoon.

count your calories
increase them by 200 - 400 a day each week

get to around 3500 a day

EAT 3 cups of raisin bran with 2 cups of milk in the bowl that roughly equals 800 calories

Buy nutri grain bars, belvitas and poptarts. Eat a belvita and 2 nutrigrain bars before lunch, eat a bag of poptarts afterwards or vice versa. belvita = 230 calories, two nutrigrain bars = 240 calories , 2 poptarts ( a bag) = 420 calories. this will give you a significant calorie boost depending on what your lunch is like (mine was usually around 400 - 600 calories). Around the afternoon if you need calories eat two pb & j sandwiches, load them with peanut butter for calories, and then drink 2 or 3 glasses of milk, which = about a 1k calorie meal. Then eat your 700 - 800 calroie dinner.

Disclaimer you will have to defecate often.

Also. Does the large body size of modern day Americans bother you? Compared to foreigners and even baby boomer Americans, people today seem gigantic. They are mostly taller but also have more mass, not necessarily more toned though. It might just be my autism but this bothers me, it seems unnatural, inefficient and clumsy. People back in the day were shorter and buffer.

For best results choke down a whole box of hamburger helper every night, or a whole pizza with a shitload of toppings

Seriously, don't stop eating just because you feel satisfied. Eat until you're full, then eat until it hurts, then eat until you feel sick. Then chug a bunch of water and you can stop.

Dont listen to these fucktards. You're 18 and probably still growing. Don't feed yourself shit. Eat lots of whole foods and focus on not caring about what other people think. Just make sure you are eating enough healthy food. Dont just eat bullshit to gain weight. Take it slow, bulk up properly.
