Can I stick frozen chicken breasts in the oven to cook without thawing them out first? Is there a higher risk of bacterial growth if I do this?

oh god it's genetic
that poor kid
I literally can't even tell what's up with that guys hair. If it's real or nothing.
He has no arm hair, maybe it is a genetic hair problem.
I don´t think so.
Bacteria grows at room temperatur.
If you won´t store it in your fridge or so there won´t be any problem, bacteria is killed when it´s frozen and when it´s cooked.

yes you can its not ideal tho. youll have to put them on a lower heat for longer and they wont be as tasty
I always cook mine from frozen and I just stick mine in the oven at 375°f and cook it for 55min

No extra risk but it will cook like shit.

Bacteria is not killed when frozen. It goes into a dormant state and will continue to live once it is unfrozen
To OP. Yes you can cook them in the oven as long as the internal temperature of 165 fahrenheit is achieved.
Don't be a dumbass though and throw them in the microwave otherwise you'll be cooking them for ages

Poor kids hair is fucked too

just microwave on defrost for like 8 mins or put in a bowl of warm water (still in bag) for an hour or so. The reason you want food to defrost is more so that it cooks even as opposed to bacterial growth. if it's not defrosted it may be well done on the outside but frozen on the inside.
