Hi Fit, Im 90kg (200 lbs) and 178 cm (5 foot 11), Ive been doing SS for 5 weeks and my stats are for 3 x 5 (including weight of bar)
Bench 100kg
squat 120kg
Deadlift 130kg
OHP 60kg
My question is, am i increasing too fast and so for the sake of safety should i slow down?
I want to start SL soon, but i want to do front squats instead of back squats once a week, what do you think?

You're not increasing too fast. Just keep progressing. Front squats are good too. If you have a lighter day, throw them there, as you won't be using tremendous amounts of weight. Do use proper form though.

Just make sure you have proper form. I'm a little heavier than you around 220lbs. Started lifting 3 months ago.

Maybe reduce weight progression rate and just more reps and more sets. Hell even into hypertrophy.
