Protein per 100g = 6g
Cost = 38p per 100g

Chicken:
Protein per 100g = 22g
Cost = 58p per 100g

OK Soy is cheaper - but looking at the protein content, you'd have to eat 3.7 times the amount to get the same protein content as Chicken, that makes it £1.41 for each 22 grams of protein
It's also harder to find (not everywhere does it - Aldi for example in UK)
It also doesnt taste as nice, or have a nice texture

It's not that high really, I like to have soy sauce and salt on my avocados and tomatoes. High sodium is fine unless you have high blood pressure. I like in the UK just outside of London. Coconut oil is goat for cooking, it has a higher smoke point than olive oil and it's also great for other things. It's awesome to use for hair, great lube for jerking off/fucking and is such a tasty way to add a little fat to shakes if you need to.

I get mine from Sainsburys. A company called Cauldron make it and it is 2 quid per pack. A pack has 50 grams of protein, 28 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs. I alternate between that and seitan that I make myself (much cheaper and better macros, you can buy the wheat gluten on amazon, 1kilo is 5 quid and makes about 2 kilos of seitan)
