We have donut Fridays where I work and I never eat the donuts (don't really like sweet stuff) and always ate the hard boiled eggs that someone brought in with a second cup of coffee. That's going by BMI though. A lot of men lift weights, almost no women do. I'm "overweight" and so are half the guys I know, even though we're not fat. A lot of overweight BMI guys aren't fat at all, and a lot of "obese" guys are just chubby + muscular.
