hitting triples on pull ups between every bench set. gonna work on building up volume until I can do 10+ and then do daily weighted triples working on weight.

Squats today (aka goodmornings). Fuck this session felt good. Back injury wasn't even there. Still a bit of buttwink, and the forward lean is back, but I'm so much happier with today's session than last week. Got home and ate a bowl of Chanko, Fifteen Danish Cookies and a half litre of eggnog.

BW has gone up slowly as you would expect it to from eating a small surplus. I pretty much try to eat,sleep, and foam roll any pain I have away. This week (I think, haven't checked though) my weight has ballooned because it was finals week at my school, and I ate pretty much nothing but fast food.

Literally no maxes yet. I quarter squatted 230kg a couple of times with "20% wraps" and a shitty suit. I touched with 150kg on the second rep of a double but I can double 160kg too.

I have done only front squatting for 3ish months because my quads are so weak it hurts. My front squat went from 240 to 330 pounds, but I think learning how to hold the bar helped my front squat more than anything, but I still made decent quad strength gains

Now here comes the problem. My back squat went down during that period of front squatting. My best back squat was 405x2, but I haven't managed to break the 350-pound barrier in my back squats for 2 weeks.

I have long femurs and my squat was stronger than my deadlift before I quit squatting.

Wide stance + flats were the best position for long femur fucks like myself.
