I heard about the Sidewinder Pro Extreme on /fit/ and ordered one. You can get much of the same thing done with wrist rollers, but the Sidewinder is a pretty sweet piece of equipment. You can store it almost anywhere at home or work, throw it in a gym bag easily, and it burns your forearm muscles from different angles.

If you aren't averse to spending the money, consider it.

Roll both ways, put some good weight on there and give it mad volume. Do it pretty much every fucking day AMRAP until your forearms are on fire and bulging like crazy and you can barely open and close your fingers.

The muscles in the forearm recover quick so you've got to keep hitting them.
Maybe lay off it before deadlift day though... It will impact your grip.
