Bran flakes are cheap and have tons of fiber.
Your higher end grocer (hyvee for Midwest, Harris teeter SE kind) should probably have a knockoff kashi lean.
The one I get has 8g fiber and 13 g protein per serving at 160 cal. Great for a cereal.
I mix cottage cheese( 6 g of fat), protein powder, cinnamon and the cereal and have it every day for lunch. Tastes good, the crunch is satisfying 50 g protein for less than 500 cal.
