I'm thinking of making my own pre workout using bulk powders. It would ensure that I'm paying for stuff that works and not useless fillers and it would be much cheaper than pre made supps.
My only concern is how to ensure that everything is evenly mixed. I don't want have things not be mixed properly and then end up accidentally taking 3000 milligrams of caffeine in one serving.
Is mixing the ingredients in a blender good enough or would I need to mix every serving individually to be safe?
This is where I got the idea. Omar just shakes it in a bag but I'm not sure how safe that is when stimulants are involved.

why not mix it each time you need one? Are there that many ingredients?

Right now I'm thinking:
Beta Alanine
Taurine
Citruline Malate
L Carnitine
Caffeine
I could mix it by hand but mixing it all at once would be more convenient.

I mix dmaa powder with creatine into my coffee

looks good, you could add some vitamin C (helps in NO2) and some sort of simple carb

I was actually considering DMAA until I found out that it can make you fail a blood test.
So, is using a blender enough to ensure even mixing? Along with shaking before every use?
