Is this pic real?
>>
>>35199587
yep
>>
>>35199587
Yes, but you don't just lose fat in 1 part of your body. It's a whole body process
>>
>>35199587

whats that suppose to be

a pound of fat or what? And like the other anon said you cant control where you lose the fat its a whole body process.

You will lose fat tho its not really hard and time consuming to get into the 12%-15% range assuming you are not a big fat fucking slob

You must be very bad at these.

The first front pic is in better lighting, closer and I have a pump. The second picture casts a shadow over my abs and it's not as clear.

The back has considerably more definition in the second picture, as do the abs, if you consider the lighting difference.

These are ten days apart mind you.

I don't care about the delta as much as I care for an estimate for my current body fat % on the right.

aren't you that weird dude from /fa/ and sufu?

>>
>>35200358
Probably 11-12% in both pics. You didn't lose much more than water weight in 10 days. That's why you look a little leaner.
>>
>>35200456

The change is small, maybe 1%. I'm fully aware of that. You can see rhomboids in the second pic but not the first.

Like I said though, I now just want a general estimate which only one guy has offered (thanks)

Yeah.
Did you know 7.5 pounds of fat is about the same size as a gallon of milk?
>>
>>35200523
>I now just want a general estimate
worthless.
in such a small timeframe, random fluctuations in water weight outweigh any fat loss or muscle gain.
>>
>>35199587
Absolutely. That is what body fat looks like, and that is how much space a pound of it takes up.
However, losing 1lb =/= losing 1lb of body fat.
Even with the perfect macros and the perfect routine, its impossible to lose 100% body fat by composition.
>>
>>35202714
Not on an 800 calorie deficit. And I'm not an advanced bodybuilder, I literally have no more muscle mass than the average 5'8" male of my age, so I'm still a beginner in bodybuilding terms.

Which means that I can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, which is in accordance with my experience, because I have increased my lifts during this cut, even after lifting over a year.
>>
>>35200358
You look like shit with almost no change. Nice

>>
>>35205542
Agreed.
1 kg of fat is basically 1 liter of fat, just like water.
They're very close in density.

If you have 5 kg to lose, that's still 5.5 liters of fat though, it still seems like a lot

Being a noob has NOTHING to do with gaining muscle whole losing fat. We already know it can be done, you can gain 3 lbs lbm every 4 months on a deficit with enough protein.
The problem is, is that's really fucking slow and ineffective. Your body can put on about a kilo of lbm a month as a natty under IDEAL conditions (surplus required).
Aim for a gain of a kilo a month.
Tl;dr bulk/cut cycles are more effective than a recomp.

Learn what you're talking about before saying stupid broscience.

I know cut and bulk are more effective than recomp. I spent much of my first year and a half lifting in maintenance or cutting/bulking ineffectively

I am currently making the fastest body composition changes ever, in a sharp cut, and simultaneously increasing all of my lifts.

I have trained for a year and a half, and my strength has doubled while my bodyweight has stayed constant- my deadlift is 430 pounds at 137 pounds, bench is 205, squat 340. I am training for athletics.

I was 20+% bodyfat when I started lifting and my squat was 135, deadlift 185, bench 115.

>>35209264
I just took another back picture with the same pose as the first; the ratio is again much higher than in the first photo which was taken two weeks ago.
