Clean eating because I can't seem to shift this ab fat. I hate cardio - my legs cant run more than 5k, and my muslces ache for 3 days after.

It's not exactly every 3 hours. There's just a 'Snack meal' inbetween lunch and dinner. Bit of energy for the post-work gym session. Not all unheard of is it?

Don't you get tired of eating the same thing everyday? How about adding some cabbage to your diet, and things like apples or watermelons. You can replace the broccoli and asparagus with spinach for the fiber, and can add lettuce, cucumber and celery without the risk of making it more caloric.

Eating clean has literally zero influence over this. Just eat less, don't snack on uncounted calories and do more weightlifting.
If all else fails get some Yohimbine or do keto for 2-3 weeks to shed off those last pounds (that's if you're already below 10% bodyfat).

I eat 30% of my daily food as 'non-clean' food and thus I'm never bored with my diet.
I couldn't last eating clean all the time.

Buy a grilled chicken kebab with salad or something once a week to replace a meal as a free meal. Keep things simple or you're never going to make it in my books.
