My lifts are as follows:
250 lbs DL
230 squat
150 lbs Bench
100 lbs OHP

should i do starting strength or an intermediate program?

Then bench more often, dummies. That's what it comes down to. Bench more often, do more accessory work. You literally have an excuse to not do leg day.
