Im a endomorph so i kinda eat whatever when i feel like it but i try to shovel down atleast 7 eggs a day, 2 liters of whole milk, and shit ton of oatmeal

27g of 100% whey protein post workout and usually 27g of casein before i go to bed
sleep like 9 hours everyday

I try to mix up my workouts as much as possible so this is just an example routine, also switch between heavy days (2-6 reps the last few sets) and lightweight days with less sets and more reps but rarely more than 12 This is just an example routine

Day 1 Bis tris and delts
Shoulder Press and the thing were you raise your arms sideways superset (10,8,8,6, to failure)
Cable curls and triceps pushdowns superset (12,10,8,6,4,2) Go heavier each set, stupid high weight on the last 2 rep set
hammer curl/ close bar bench press superset

Wrist curls (like 5 sets of 30 reps)
