Now, granted, genetics play a big role in these things, and real life isn't a video game, you don't just get to go "oh, I want to be like that" and be that way, and these threads are pretty stupid generally--but Hafthor wasn't always a big strong guy.

Sure. I guess my problems are twofold. First, people expect that if you train and eat (and even drug) like the pros you'll get their results. Second, on a deeper level, if you were gonna git gud fast you'd already know it by now--you'd already be a prodigiously good athlete with a scholarship somewhere, etc.--so you're gonna have to work for a long, long time to be impressive to anyone other than normies. And you (not you personally, I hasten to add) think that wanting to look like some random minor celebrity is enough to motivate you to do that? I dunno, man, that seems really weird to me, kind of an abnegation of your own identity and your ability to have independent goals, and I don't think it's a coincidence that people who have been doing this shit for twenty years don't have goals like that.

Average americans diets are based around 2-3k calories a day (aside from fatties). A normal breakfast, normal lunch, and normal dinner for a manlet is very adequate. For a tallbro its not even close.

Bulking with at 4500+ calories is very hard to do and most tallbros don't know how to eat that much.

Its as simple as that. We get just as strong just as quickly we just have to spend double the $ to do it.

Which is ok because we make way more money than manlets on average, anyways.

Depends what your weight is. And energy expenditure. Do 300 cals over your TDEE. Unless you have a manual labor job, your TDEE should be close to your baseline, and then add in 500-750 cals per lift day depending on your lifting intensity. Split those cals over your week, then add 300. Tbh senpai a calculator isn't going to be right other than to calculate your baseline. Which is your bmr (basal metabolic rate).

You can but honestly it's better to carb cycle and eat more on the lift days with the difference being the amount of carbs you eat. 30% fats, 1g protein per pound of LEAN body mass, the rest carbs. But carb cycling is a lot of time/effort so it depends how much time you want to invest.
But you can just eat the same amount everyday. The difference is minimal, especially in new people. Just don't dive in with the most work and end up not sticking to it cuz it takes dedication.
