Even if bone structure doesn't play a role 1)you're not as lean as OP and 2) an inch of height can account for about 5-6 lbs of mass, add to that the effect of bodybuilding and it's more like 7. Accounting for imperfections in height measurement or hydration status/water retention/time of day you each took your weights and it makes total sense. My weight can fluctuate as much at 6-10 lbs in a single day. It's not that unbelievable. Also OP looks stronger/better but you look bigger/wider in general, but not more muscular.
