Can I get a 3 day routine that gets me to ottermode? Could be 4 also, I'll skip legs anyway, I'm obviously an instagram whore. Don't wanna get big, wanna get wider though.

here's a 2 day routine for cheap n easy ottermode

day 1
pull ups 5 x f
push ups 5 x f
dips 5 x f

day 2
squats 5 x f
hanging leg raises 5 x f
lunges 5 x f

and heaps of cardio every day. cycling, running, skipping, boxing... whatever
