I tried it once and it was pretty grate desu. You would think that it would damage your lifts since it relaxes your muscles but I found that it really didn't. Instead it just made me able to relax more in-between the lifts.

If you smoke weed before lifting and there's no noticeable reduction in strength, you're not lifting hard enough.
