Go to a doctor for nutrition and in general advice.Eventually start lifting weights.Running can fuck up your knees if you are overweight.
Read the stick for a general idea on what a diet is suppose to consist of.Stop drinking so much alcohol it has tonnes of calories.You still can but try to limit yourself.I'm not joking if this is seriously your weight you will die if you don't do anything.Make an appointment to a doctor.Eat at a deficit.And lifit weights if you are able to.Stop drinking calories this is mostly soda.Read the stick the information is invaluable if you cannot do this you will surely fail.
