Fuck.
So, I live at a military school. We're offered three all you can eat meals a day. I eat until I have the urge to throw up and drink 2-4 glasses of milk every meal. We can also get a max of 8 hours of sleep if we fall asleep immediately at lights out.
My lifts have been stalling and my weight isn't going up either.
Should I just start eating peanut butter sandwiches and milk every meal or nap during the afternoon? I can't seem to find the problem. It was much easier to bulk during the summer when I could spread it through out the day but I have to fit it into these meals.
What are some snacks I could keep in my room and eat on top of this to ensure I'm hitting my calories?

Switch to a push/pull routine so you're hitting each major group twice a week. Once I did that my lifts skyrocketed and I wasn't eating any more.

Can be does not mean optimal.
Adults need 8.5 hours and teens need as much as 9.33 according to several sleep studies. (Uni of mass I think )
