Why am i so flabby and man titty?
I am only 70kg or 154 pounds and 5'11 tall. I never understood it.
No I do not go to the gym. I am your average guy. Not particularly weak for the average male. Yes compared to the gym man I am a little weakling bitch.
Anyone can answer? There are many scrawy skinny boys that are my height and my weight that do not carry all this flab.

I was the same way- I was in denial about my flab from the first day I was conscious of it around age 5 up until a year ago at 18.
I wasn't overweight but I was skinny and flabby like you. I thought I had no control of the way I looked while simultaneously believing that I looked just like all the athletic skinny kids with abs.

This is getting a little too intimate. If you are not happy with your body, lose some weight then gain some muscle? Or accept your body for how it is? Weight just the weight of fat and muscle. You just happen to have more fat than muscle.

The average male is 170 pounds and lower in bodyfat than you, so by definition you are weaker and chubbier than the average male.
