How is that possible? Like he does a lot of compound lifts, eats a lot etc. I don't understand. I know knowledge isnt enough, but he does have that too. I just want to know guys, so i dont make mistakes. Is his program good? Will it get me to look like that? Help. I just don't know how i can get that big, he looks like a wall in this big. He looks like that because he eats too much and genetics, his frame and instertions are unaesthetic.

His program is not good, run it for 1-3 months maximum if you are a total beginner. Lifting too often is useless and will yield no gains at all. After that train every muscle once a week on a split routine, that way your muscles will be fully recovered every session and you can keep progressing.

Avoid squats and deadlifts if you want to lift for more than 3-5 years. You will likely have a back or knee injury by then and be forced to quit the gym. Do safer exercises instead like leg press that will build the same amount of muscle without the additional risk.

Let me spell it out for you real clear so there can be no misconceptions:

5x5 routines are an internet meme.

Real humans do split routines, they do high volume across all rep ranges, and they do NOT fall for the bulk troll.

Look up Arnold's routine in his Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. It's a work of art.

10/8/6/4 for all compounds, then isolations for 5x10 as heavy as he can go, trains to failure on literally all sets.

So long as you can do it without killing yourself failing 4RMs of deadlifts and such, it's the most brutal routine I've ever seen and combined with a good diet beats the fuck out of Rippetoe.

Failing that, you could just do 5/3/1 or German Volume Training.

Literally everything that is not a 5x5 all compounds routine stands some shot of actually being good, even crossfit might at least get you shredded.
