Fuck no. A full stomach puts you under and at risk of throwing all that shit back up. Just eat as many times a day feel your metabolism increase with time and increase portions acordingly. I always had problems gaining weight eating 3 giant meals a day. Now its 5-6 with more food at the end of the day. Steps nigga do it in steps
