I'm 6ft tall and have lost 90 lbs (210 lbs currently ) while lifting and I am honestly tired of permacutting.
Current lifts are 315x4 squat and diddy
190lbs x 1 bench and 125 lbs ohp
I have lose skin so fuck abs. Bulking up to 250 going for bear mode

If i were you, i wouldn't start bulking until i got down to like 185 or 190 and i would not go over 210 or 215.

Clean bulking for 2 years straight or until abs aren't visible any more, whichever comes first
