I'm near sighted and have trouble seeing detail past about 1m, I hate wearing glasses because I can't get used to something on my face like that.
It always ends in awkward situations, usually I'll stare at something like looks a little strange, then I'll squint and figure I'm looking directly at someone while making a stupid face.
