i fell into the same trap that because i ran a lot i thought i didnt have weight to lose. fuggin wrong. going to the gym does more than build muscle. it causes you to lose fat because muscles use more energy than fat, meaning your metabolism will work faster even when resting.

keep running, but go to the gym more often and try to eat clean and see where 3 or 4 months of that will get you. if youre disciplined about it you will see results that you like.

every time someone posts a picture like yours its always flawed because the variables arent controlled

lighting, pose, lean body mass, and starting height and weight need to be constant for the picture to be an accurate representation, not to mention that some people have more visceral fat than others with the same BF%

the ideal bf% chart would be the same person having as close to the same amount of LBM between each picture as possible, while increasing his body fat.

tldr: dont pay attention to images that show different bf% because they are almost never accurate

Currently? None. Varsity 4 years in soccer, basketball. Ran track and was on a 4x400 relay in state meet. Have always been good at golf although I don't have the time to do I anymore.

I eat everything in sight but I only take my shake after I work out. I eat 2 Peanut butter sandwiches with it and thats it. My friend who has a fucking monster growth spurt taking SM during the summer went from 180 to 220 and is a fucking tank. But he does 2 a days and goes 5 times a week. I also notice I get constipated if I try to do the protein shake in the morning and at night deal. Lean bulked for 5months, now at around 138lbs-140lbs (from 130lbs). Got my bf% evaluated via skinfold, supposedly down to 20% from 22% when I started (if the measurements were accurate). I think I'm in the 20-25% area, got calipre tested about 10 months ago when I was 270 and measured at 23%, had it done professionally, and desu I was surprised it wasn't higher than that. I do have some loose skin on my stomach and a bit on the legs though, really sucks. Once you get fat, even if you lose a bunch of weight there are always reminders of your previous lifestyle.
