yes I drink almost daily here is my 6 month transformation. I was strong before I was lifting (155 incline bench for reps), but i;ve easily doubled in strength
basically for 4 months leading up to my cut I would work, workout then drink 10 beers or so a night. 6 day split into a 7 day split. obviously couldnt hang when i was cutting not because of food cravings but because when i started drinking i really didnt want to stop.
now im feening a drink i just learned its the key to achieve next level gains.
