I think you have it just a little brah. Warrior lunges and Deadlifts helped my lordosis.

Yeah man I've been doing those lunge stretches before I shower for about 5 minutes on each leg. Hopefully it helps. Also doing lower back stretches, and it's fairly strong as it is now. Guess I'll keep at it.
What do about forward head posture? Only find yoga-tier exercise
