I mostly do compounds. I do hammer curls for bi's primarily because i hit them on my pull days. How can someone with a long humerus ensure full bicep development, all the way to the forarm's most superior insertion point?

Nice, i do, do those. I weigh more than i should, that combined with lanky arms allows me to do only 3x6 unweighted. I know that number will go up on my deficit. To reiterate, I won't be dumping them outta my routine.

It varies how often I hit arms. Usually I just hit curls after doing back. Triceps extensions do the trick with a push day.

I always liked these inserts better if you're going for more of an athletic/otter build. I guess they're bad if you're going for pure size, but those full biceps look kind of ugly compared to the nice crown of a short one on thin guys.

I hit bi's on arm/shoulders day which is two days a week. I do:

BB curls
Seated DB curls
Seated DB hammer curls
Isolation curls

I'll do a standard set or a drop set of BB curls and then finish it off with a superset of isolations and seateds.
