I've been slacking this last month because of school and my future career in professional gaming (lol) and as such I got a little fat.
I used to lift a lot but now I gained 10 lbs of fat over the last month, and I want to be as lean as possible for the end of the month.
Would you recommend going to the gym twice a day? going to the gym everyday?

Eat a pound of chicken breast, a pound of mixed vegetables every day. Eat 3 cups of steel cut oats every morning (1 cup measured raw) before your workout.
Eat some sweet potatoes, beans, rice, or oats with the chicken and vegetables if you want to increase your caloric intake, keep your caloric intake at 10*your weight in lbs or lower.
