They still look like spaghetti. How much do I have to eat to get big arms /fit/ I never asked for this.

Guys I am 6ft6in and weigh 240 pounds
I just reached that "Not skinny" level and not "built/big" yet
I have gained 20 pounds in muscle over 2 months, I eat 4000-5000 calories a day, mostly lean meats, eggs, potatoes and green leaf veggies, lotsa fruit especially bananas.
I lift twice a day 5 times a week, since I am on such a heavy diet HIIT cardio is important, I use the punching bag and treadmill for my drills.
I do body weight conditioning training and straight up strength training for mass,
5 X 5
Deadlift
Squat
Bench
flies
rows
curls
tricep extensions
calve raises
As for the whole "Not intimidating girls" thing smile, wave, be friendly, laugh at her jokes, don't get caught checking out her friends, don't be an asshole to other guys
