I'm an adult and I do what I want to. I fill up my regular half litre water bottle at least twice during the hour of cardio I do every day, then at least three times when I'm lifting, which I do every day for about an hour. Not for hypertrophy either, just strength. Mostly on machines, I've never done a proper squat, bench press, or deadlift. And when I'm done, I swim, and then I eat chicken out of a bag with a plastic fork in the student lounge. Fuck anyone who gives a shit.
