Hi /fit/, i'm a poor fag and i was looking for cheap meals and with a high level of proteins and carbs, would do you guys recommend me what?

Chicken and oats

varies depending on where you live.

You might want to look at:
seeds (peanuts, sunflower ...)
dairy products (quark)
organs are awesome macros/price if you're into that kind of thing
>>
>>35102272
Brazil. Eggs here are very cheaper, like 3~4 R (about 1,60 USD)
>>
>>35102656
per egg??
>>
Brown bread (toasted) Scrambled eggs and a handful of spinach leaves. all cheap stuff.
>>
>>35102170
Beans. Not the canned shit. Just dry beans.
A 25LB bag of pinto beans costs $13 here.
2:1 carb to protein ratio.
Enjoy.
>>

Br aqui.

>>35102675
Per carton of twelve, I guess
>>
>>35102912
Pero el bife de higado acumula muchas toxinas. Ocasionalmente está bien, pero más vale variar la fuente de proteina
>>
I eat sardines. Not as much protein as chicken but much cheaper where I live. Peanut butter is pretty good too and cheap.
>>
Dry green and yellow split peas are extremely cheap and have high protein content. I got 2.5lb for 2$ in my country and food is extremely expensive here. Its 350kcal and 25g protein per 100g and they take around 40 minutes to cook.

Legumes in general have high protein and are cheap.

Huevon... te hablan portugués y tu respondes castellano
>>
>>35103442
don't forget that the dry and the cooked proton value differs
>>

Eggs... You speak Portugese why you respond in Castellano?
Did I get that right?

>>35103478
Cualquier hue con coeciente intelectual normal entiende castellano escrito, así como tu probablemente entendiste lo que escribió él en portugués

>>35103534
kek, yeah, kind of.
>>

Sim, é claro. Mas uma ou duas vezes por semana não faz mal.

Milk, cottage cheese, eggs, from fish, ground turkey, tinned fish.

Rice, oats, potatoes, pasta.

/thread.
>>
>>35103465
Beans and ground beef. Eat macro tacos every day. I just make a crockpot of beef/taco spices/onions/beansxvariety/diced veggies. It has a huge amount of fat/carbs/protein and is incredibly filling. I eat it when cutting but trying to increase my mass.
>>
>>35103930
*frozen fish

>>35103897
>kek, yeah, kind of.
:(
>>
Frozen veggies, bananas thank you based banana mafia, beans, whatever chicken is cheapest, rice, spaghetti, eggs, peanut butter
>>
>>35102271
Chicken breast is expensive as fuck.

>>35102170
Beans, eggs, diary. Avoid nuts and seeds because the worthwhile ones are really expensive.
>>
>>35103506
Yea you can divide the proton and carbon by two to get the cooked value. It doesn't affect the P:C ratio.

Cheapest ones IMO:
Black Beans
Lentils

Both have around 25g of protein per 100g and virtually no fat. You can buy them in Bulk (like 5KG bags) and do tons of shit with them. It's really easy to get your protein in with it. And if it's not yet enough: Protein Powder. Seems expensive but for dollar/protein ratio is actually extremely cheap.
>>
>>35104182
The thing with both beans and lentils is that you get bored of them pretty quick (imo)
>>
>>35104182
>and virtually no fat.
you say that like that is a good thing.

enjoy your plummeting test levels, because you don't have enough dietary fat intake (unless you have high amounts of stored bodyfat, because then it doesn't really matter)
>>
>>35104027
where do you live?

if you're UK, buy meat off musclefood bulk using their offers, works out dirt cheap
>>
>>35104854
anything gets old quick if you don't know how to cook or add seasoning

plain eggs get old quick too, mang
>>
So is cholesterol from eggs a threat or not?

Like if I have 2 eggs each morning for a week will I be tempting the reaper or what?
>>
>>35104954
just eat them faggot

2 eggs isnt even a lot, I usually eat 4-5 for breakfast
>>
>>35104954
Kek. No.
>>
oats, milk, eggs, beans, cheapest chicken you can find
>>
I managed to live off of chicken breast and rice....I got the chicken breasts for about $2 a pound and the rice was $10 for 25lbs....I'd eat anywhere from 2-4 chicken breasts a day and use the rice as a filler for meals and in between meals...2 weeks of food costed me about $40
>>
>>35104854
Well if your a poor fag you have to deal with it

>>
>>35104182
>>35104921
So would going full beaner be a good diet for burning fat?
>>
>>35105120
fat doesn't make you fat, eating less fat doesn't make you lose fat.

that is like saying you lose more fat if you cut out carbs, because your body has to source glucose from bodyfat (glugocneogenesis)

that is not how the fuck it works.

you want fat, you want carbs, and you are probably eating more protein than you need.

a well rounded diet is best, don't look for a macronutrient to blame or shame, they are all crucial to your health.

just worry about the caloric deficit.

also prty sure beans don't have a complete protein profile..

if you want to lose fat, join the /intermittentfasting/ masterrace, or just plain-old diet.
