I'm 280lbs and on baby's first cycle. Working out 4 days a week, strongman type cardio the other days. Like last night I walked around my neighbourhood with a 50lb keg lol.It was exactly .86 miles. and 1 workout day is 3 hours of strongman

That said off days my protein is 250, I don't know why i wrote 300

Nothing magically happens in that 24 hours we call a day.

Your macros for the WEEK matter far more than your macros for a DAY. You can always make up for mistakes like that, just because you fell asleep doesn't make all that big a difference. Focus on your weekly macro goals, if you slip like that.

If you start to try to compensate for your macros over very long periods of time, you will start to feel side effects of from, the missing macro, say you ate WAYYY too much fat monday, and you cut fat low for the next 10 days to compensate, around 6 days or so, you will start getting the symptoms of missing fat in your diet. this builds up your hunger tolerance and willpower to the point that even the most weak willed of fatties can learn to cut at any deficit they desire.

also caffeine pills or coffee are nice for suppressing the hunger of a decent deficit (1000+). i also recommend the big deficit starting off so that you can see your numbers go down quickly and it will give you hope.

The BCAA's no so much, but the vitamins and minerals I just try to get 100% each day. So after a couple of days if I am consistently low on a vitamin or mineral I will alter my diet to get more of it.

cut from january to august, lost 12kg from my bulk in which I put way too much fat

then tried to cut but I fucked up at the end(needed to eat at mainetenance anyways after long period of cut) and due to going out with family for special lunches and stuff made me stall my weight from august to today

going to start cutting again even starting cardio so if I measure food kcals wrong I have something to back me up


anyways the real question is, how can I get 120g protein daily without eating chicken all day? I wouldnt mind but Im pretty sure the supermarket chicken is filed with hormones and shit

I can only eat 2k kcals
for brekfast I ALWAYS eat 2eggs and 1 cup skim milk which is 250kcals and 20g protein


I do eat tuna and salmon but since mercury exists I cant do it everyday


where do you guys get high source of protein low on kcals?, I also dont want to go back to protein shakes, they lack micronutrients and dont seem to be that good for you

I cut out all cola zero I loved so much and started drinking tea. Furthermore I increased my daily vegetables intake. Suddenly hunger is gone and weight just falls off.
My advice based on anecdotal evidence:

you can buy already cut vegi mixes deep frozen for not much money. get what you like and eat like 300-400 kcal as vegetables.

Where did you get the 1020 from? That is super high for a workout.

Feeling hungry has more to do with your body feeling full than it does with calories. If you eat 5lbs of lettuce you won't feel hungry but that is very few calories.

I would say that it is possible, but that you burned 1000cals at the gym is unlikely.

It's from an app, i doubt the calories burned are legit. I just add an exercise and it spits out number of burned calories.

The 1000 is from all the calories i supposedly burned in a day :

30 minutes of hiking in the woods - 142 kcal
Stationary cycling - 15 minutes 12 km - 200 kcal
Stationary cycling - 15 minutes 12 km - 200 kcal
30 minutes of lifting - 322 kcal
Food digestion - 188 kcal

I have no idea if the amounts could be legit tho

Secondly, lifting 30minutes is probably more like 100 - 150 kcal

The value you got from cycling also seems pretty high (assuming it's low / medium intensity) but I don't really know
