This old dude would come in and start shuffling away on the treadmill at a just-barely-brisk pace, followed by benching 125 kg for triples every now and then, followed by doing some half-assed lat raises with the 15 kg dumbbells, and wrapping it up with the chest press.
You wouldn't have thought it of him because his chest looked shit and his delts looked shit and all of him looked shit, basically your average 50+ old dude, but obv benched more than any 50-year-old I've ever seen. Benched more than the whole gym, actually.
