I'm doing a program similar to what he endorses but with more volume. He actually does kinda know his shit, as far as training goes. It's just funny that he looks so horrible. He's like the final form of skinnyfat. I don't know how else to describe it. sounds gay and is a bit long but if you're in a similar situation this is for you:
in every social situation until now , I've always had to work because I was never familiar with the group I was socializing with. I was always in between and no one really was able to relate to me. I did some /b shit to get attention in school so people would acknowledge me and that didn't work. It was so fucking depressing when people would do retarded shit and get away with it because they seemed like they knew everyone and everybody still liked them. I've started weight lifting (among other things so that in every interaction I have after I become shredded , I am non-disposable, I lift so I can hatefuck every single girl and guy (n-n-n-no h-h-homo) that never took me seriously. I want to be shredded so I can be a tsundere vin diesel in the fast and furious franchise with a proper family. I want to be shredded so I can be retarded and no one will judge me because they have made me their alpha and appreciate my retardation
