Hello /fit/, king of skinny fats here.

I am 6ft 0 and ~150lbs. I know I have no muscle. I'm trying to get to 10% bodyfat to make a nice base to bulk. Should I just bulk now or continue cutting? I feel if I cut anymore I will die, but if I bulk my stomach pouch will get bigger.

I'd bulk up dude, cutting is easier if you have more muscle. You won't look good at 10% without muscle anyways.

No....no it's not. There is something wrong with your body, your stomach has loose skin hanging down and your pectorals are also incredibly saggy.

With your stats you should be looking perfectly average, your BMI is 20 which is literal the middle between underweight and overweight, but instead you look like you've lost 300 pounds.

This is not an issue of no muscle, you need surgery.

Also, cutting when you are already skelly is pointless, getting to 10% bf won't give you a "nice base to build on", you're not getting stronger by cutting, if anything you're getting weaker, that's not a good starting point.

Kinda the same physic. I tried bulking and SL5x5 for few months. Didn't get any result (a little bit, but not much).
So I'm cutting. I've read that your bodyfat can change your test level. And if you have a physic like that it's mainly because of low test.

OP are you me? We carry out fat differently. I have less on the love handles, more on he potgut, but overall very similar amounts of bodyfat. I am 6' 160 btw.

I am the same when I suck my gut in. It looks bizarrely concave. Even though I am 6' 160 my waist-hip-ratio is .97, which means I am technically obese.
