I work out at home though because there aren't any gyms nearby and I can't afford to go to. I don't have much money for food either, but I'm starting out with about 40 minutes of exercising every two days. It's not a lot, but at least it's something. I probably am, but that's because I'm trying to eat healthily with what little money I have. I'd rather eat healthily and not a great deal then be eating all the time but with food lacking in nutrients and essential vitamins. I do ensure that I drink at least 2 litres of water a day though.

Yeah, I acknowledge that I'm unfit and that's something I want to change. My legs seems quite dense (they don't appear to have lots of muscle) but there's very little in the way of fat on them.

I spend my routine doing the same stuff to be honest: planking, bicep curls (dumbells - of which are currently only 6kg each), and squats. I know I'm going to get a lot of hate, but there's very little I can do with what I've got (both financially and in terms of space).

then do let me ins(google them to see pics/ instruction vids). you can do then on a doorgrip. if the doorgrip has a shitty shape, wrap a towel around it and grab the towel.

you can do tricepsdips on a chair too.

about the reps: in general, you should choose your exercises in a difficulty level that you can not do more then 12 reps. if you can do 12, progress to a harder variation. These jumps to a harder variation may be hard sometimes, but are not unachievable.

I can recommend r/bodyweightfitness if you have any questions or want to look up progressions.

In 2001 I started doing some fitness modeling. It was just around that time that the fitness model boom happened. I am cast in an upcoming movie called FIGMENT which is on hold right now to be filmed here in DC.

My style is kind of a little edgy but clean cut. I am very versatile. Many of my pictures may not even look like me at times. Hair, bald, beard, mohawk, 235lb, 190lb, 255lb, being a competitive bodybuilder allows me to control my weight and look fairly easily. i can go from preppy, to grunge in a change of clothes and a lil hair gel or a hat.

I grew up in the North East so i have that Boston/New England accent which gets me looks sometimes here in DC. Although i miss the ocean back home i like the hustle and bustle and the millions of things to do all the time that we didn't have up north.

I've played tennis ever since I was young, and used to do it like 5 times a week. Lots of wrist movements and anything that requires holding stuff builds up grip strength. Tennis gives you great wrist and grip strength, if you play all the time. Climbing too obviously.
